Visma Customer Relationship Management

The financial and operational modules within any business management software
system contain all of the important financial data, and usually account for
around 80% of the system. The remaining 20%, customer, supplier and contact
information, is however vital to maintaining a view over the overall business.
The Visma|Business CRM module unlocks that information and makes our business
management solution complete. Every authorised user can make and follow up their
own appointments, make arrangements with customers, prospective clients and
coordinate activities involving other colleagues and work groups. They can
register and gain immediate access to quotations and customer history. They can
produce and keep track of all correspondence: letters, faxes, telephone calls,
agreements, trade terms and notes from conversations and meetings.

or employee

DIARY

CAMPAIGNS

- Campaign participants can be generated from multiple simultaneous sources e.g.
customers, suppliers, “interest expressed prospects”, employees or from historic
data
- In addition a register for creating external mailing addresses, with
possibilities to follow up, on source per address (e.g. bought addresses from a
TM company and so on)
Print functions available when generating mailings
